Head of Operations
Are you interested in operations and wish to take ownership of the processes that help WCN Finland run smoothly?
We are looking for a Head of Operations to join the new 2026-2027 WCN Finland Board. This is a one-person team established last year, whose purpose is to keep everything running smoothly across the organisation.
In this role, you will maintain and improve the team’s processes while collaborating closely with the President and Vice President, as well as other WCN teams. You will get a broad view of everything happening inside the organization and build relationships across the board. Your responsibilities span two areas: team operations and membership management.
On the operations side, you will manage WCN’s shared calendar, arrange the workspace for the board meetings, organise team days, gather and analyse team feedback, and find ways to make internal processes more efficient.
