Women’s Career Network is happy to welcome female law and business students to an inspiring evening with Minjon: Put the “I” in the drive! – How to lead your own motivation?
We may not always realize what energizes us. When we realize what acts as a source of motivation for us we are able to maintain a high level of motivation. Therefore, the theme of the evening is motivation, self-leadership and recognizing your own sources of motivation.
The lecture and workshop will help participants to understand which circumstances, tasks, and activities are the ones that steal our energy and which ones that on the other hand give us energy. The aim is to provide all participants with new, practical points of view on motivation and to help identify their own energy thieves and energy sources.
The participants can use these tools in their working life, in their studies as well as other areas of life. The event also includes Minjon’s ’employees’ personal career stories – How it all started and what has happened so far.
During the event, some light snacks will be served. Please note that the event is held in Finnish.
