On Thursday, November 13, 5:00–8:00 p.m., Cederquist, together with Women’s Career Network, invites you to an evening focused on the differences between working with transactions and dispute resolution.
Jonas Sjöberg and Felicia Fredin will walk you through a typical M&A process and a dispute from start to finish, share insights from their practice groups, and offer tips on choosing the path that suits you.
After the lecture, there will be a panel discussion with other experts at Cederquist, focusing on day-to-day legal work and what makes Cederquist a unique workplace, moderated by Malin Dunér, Managing Associate.
After the panel, stay and mingle with Cederquist employees over food and drinks. Please note any dietary preferences or allergies when you register.
The event is aimed at law students from Stockholm and Uppsala at any stage of their studies. Students travelling from Uppsala will be compensated for their train tickets. Seats are limited.
