We are looking for new project coordinators for three of our teams for WCN Finland: Events, Mentorship Programme and Marketing!

PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR EVENTS: (1 position)
Your primary task as an Event Project Coordinator is to help us create value for our members by coordinating social and professional events and projects. Together with our Head of Events you will be working on everything from generating ideas to executing your plans. It requires that you have good negotiation and social skills and that you like to take own initiatives.
PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME: (3-4 positions)
Your primary task as a Mentorship Programme Project Coordinator is to organize the yearly WCN Mentorship Programme together with the mentorship team. Organizing the Mentorship Programme includes for example contacting potential mentors, going through applications for the programme, planning and organizing multiple events with different companies etc. Together with our Head of Mentorship you will be working on everything from generating ideas to executing your plans. It requires that you have good social skills, you are organized and that you like to take own initiatives.
PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR MARKETING: (3 positions)
Your tasks as a Marketing Project Coordinator include managing WCN Finland’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn; creating shareable content for our followers to share our values and to inspire; sharing information from our partners and sponsors and promoting upcoming events; planning and implementing our monthly newsletter; and exploring new ways to engage our followers. It requires that you are creative, organized and love taking your own initiative to come up with new ideas.
To all the teams, we are looking for active law, business and/or tech students, preferably with two or more semesters left of their studies.
